Ideal for those seeking probate avoidance and more privacy.
Includes:

• Revocable Living Trust

• Pour-Over Will

• Financial Power of Attorney

• Healthcare Directive

• HIPAA Release

3. Legacy Protection Plan — $3,500 Individual / $4,500 Couple
For clients with more complexity—minor children, blended families, or real estate in multiple states.
Includes everything in the Trust-Based Plan plus:

• Guardianship designations

• Trust funding assistance (up to 3 assets)
